In an earlier post I jumped on Anthony Bourdain from No Reservations, a show which I like, about his ripping on the Food Network. Tony I am sorry. I am very sorry.
I got up a little earlier than normal this morning did some channel surfing and ended up on Emeril Live on the Food Network. Wow! Firstly, his chef's jacket looked like it was squeezing the tomato sauce out of him and if he bent over he would fart or something. Secondly, the show was just plain boring! He had the audience and a band and all but it still sucked!
Emeril give me a call I got some ideas for you! Live music is always cool. Make sure the band is hot and playing some music that makes the audience wanna get up and dance. If they want to let em! Buy a bigger chef jacket so you can crank out a step or two. Get your audience involved in your cooking. Call some hotties down and let them help you cook or something. Of course cook food for the audience and give away prizes maybe expensive bottles of wine or gift certificates to your restaurant. Call me man!!!
